We have aspired to create a Hawaiian Beach House from our dreams. We fully redesigned a modern coastal design that still feels like home. It is conveniently located so you can get to all the places you want to explore, so you don't feel exhausted at the end of the day. Our guests often mention the sound of the waves, the golden sunsets, and their extraordinary sights of whales and turtles in the ocean just in front of them.
Beach Access
Restricted beach access ensures privacy and seclusion at the beach, which is only a few yards away. Only eight homes exist in this development, which offers maximum privacy. This is the ideal place to enjoy your dream vacation, honeymoon, or family get-together.
Size
A restful night’s sleep awaits you in any of the large four bedrooms - with two master bedrooms. The primary upstairs master bedroom has a large seating area next to the TV with streaming options, as well as study and coffee nooks. You will be hard-pressed to find any other 4-bedroom (sleeps 8), 3-bath, 2415 sq ft of living space vacation rental on the island, let alone one that is oceanfront!
Amenities
You will find comfort in any room with the Central AC. We have provided multiple TVs and a game console for your added enjoyment. If you want to grill some of the fresh seafood on the island, you can use the provided barbecue grill. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and sunscreen. Pro tip .. travel light by carrying few clothes and wash them with the washer-dryer provided in this house.
Concierge
The property management company, Elite Pacific Vacations, provide a wide variety of concierge services. They have partners that do pickups and drop offs from and to the airport, in house services like grocery delivery and massages, as well as help you book island activities. Location
Once you land on the big island, you will find it convenient getting to this beach house within 20 mins. Located near downtown Kailua-Kona, you’ll love exploring the area and its many significant Hawaiian cultural landmarks. Both the Hulihee Palace and the Mokuaikaua Church are located on Ali’i Drive. From the Kailua-Kona Pier you’ll have access to Hawaii’s best scuba diving, big-game fishing, kayaking, and dolphin and whale watching. Visit the famous farmers market. Enjoy a shave ice or a cup of Kona coffee. Dine on a light snack or a gourmet meal, buy an inexpensive souvenir or a piece of fine art, book an activity, go for a swim or hang out at the beach. The pier is the official starting and finishing point of the Ironman World Championship held annually in October. Everything you want and need is readily available near this beach house!
Parking
There are two assigned covered parking spots as well some guest parking. So if you are traveling as a large group and have two cars for instance, there is plenty parking for both.
